Nuestros usuarios pueden enviar consultas sobre asuntos de protección de datos personales, privacidad y seguridad a Jose Puchades a través del email proporcionado anteriormente.

 

Aplicaciones Tecnológicas JUMA, S.L. para proteger los derechos individuales, sobre todo en relación con los tratamientos automatizados y con voluntad de ser transparentes con el Usuario, ha establecido una política que recoge el conjunto de dichos tratamientos, los fines perseguidos por estos últimos, la legitimidad de los mismos y también los instrumentos a disposición del Usuario para que pueda ejercer sus derechos.

Recogida de Datos – ¿Qué información recopilamos?

Recogemos información para proporcionar los mejores servicios a todos nuestros usuarios.

La aplicación no recoge ningún dato personal. Las conversaciones con el chatbot pueden ser analizadas con el único objetivo de mejorar el entrenamiento del chatbot. 

Todas las conversaciones serán almacenadas en una base de datos. Sólo se almacenarán datos una vez nos des tu consentimiento para interactuar con el chatbot y mantengas una conversación.

 

¿Dónde almacenamos esta información?

Contamos con servidores proporcionados por Google los cuales se pueden encontrar fuera de tu país de residencia. Las normativas de protección de datos varían en función del país, por lo que algunas ofrecen más protección que otras. Independientemente de dónde se trate la información, implementamos las mismas medidas de protección que se describen en este documento. Cuando recibimos reclamaciones formales por escrito, nos ponemos en contacto con la persona que ha hecho la reclamación para resolver cualquier transferencia de datos que no hayamos podido solucionar. Cada día trabajamos para mantener una mayor y mejor seguridad en dichos servidores y evitar posibles problemas.

También usamos tu información para garantizar que nuestros servicios funcionan correctamente, por ejemplo para comprobar que nuestro servicio es accesible por todos y solucionar los problemas de los que nos informas.

Medición del rendimiento

Utilizamos herramientas de análisis y mediciones para comprender cómo utilizas nuestros servicios con el fin de mejorar el diseño del producto y la experiencia de usuario.

 

Compartir tu información

Aplicaciones Tecnológicas Juma, SL. no vende, intercambia ni transfiere a terceros datos personales. Sólo comunicamos información de uso y rendimiento, así como los comentarios recibidos, al Ayuntamiento de Fuengirola, promotor del asistente.

Estas cláusulas de confidencialidad se aplican también a personas de confianza que traten en nuestro nombre de acuerdo con las instrucciones que les proporcionamos y de conformidad con nuestra Política de Privacidad y otras medidas de seguridad y confidencialidad aplicables y con los empleados de Aplicaciones Tecnológicas Juma, SL. y, en su caso, de su grupo económico.

Compartiremos información personal de forma externa si consideramos que no cumple con cualquier requisito previsto en la ley o normativa aplicables para atender un proceso legal o un requerimiento de una autoridad competente y por tanto pueda estar cometiendo algún tipo de infracción, fraude o problema de seguridad.

Sin perjuicio de cualquier otro recurso administrativo o acción judicial, todo interesado tendrá derecho a presentar una reclamación ante nuestra autoridad de control, desde la información proporcionada con anterioridad, si considera que el tratamiento de datos personales que le conciernen infringe el presente.

 

Integraciones con plataformas externas

Actualmente o el futuro podremos disponer de chatbots integrados con diferentes herramientas. A continuación, vamos a desglosar cuál es el tratamiento de tus datos con cada una de ellas.

Facebook

Aquellos chatbots integrados con Facebook solicitan permisos para su uso con la cuenta del usuario de Facebook y recoger información, incluida información personal.

Puedes encontrar más información sobre estos en la Documentación de Permisos de Facebook y en la Política de Privacidad de Facebook.

Por defecto, los permisos solicitados son aquellos que incluyen la información básica del usuario: id, nombre, foto de perfil, género y su localización. Se dispondrá de más información del usuario si esta es de carácter público.

Slack

En la Política de Privacidad de Slack las aplicaciones que conectan con la API de Slack no pueden coleccionar, almacenar o usar datos sin el previo consentimiento del usuario. Los datos que se recogen de la interacción con los chatbots son los siguientes: la id de ese usuario, el canal por el que habla con el chatbot (ya sea por privado o en un grupo) y los mensajes directos que mantienen ambos.

Telegram

Los datos que se pueden obtener de las interacciones con los chatbots, son los siguientes:

  • Enviando mensajes al chatbot
  • Participando en un grupo con un chatbot
  • Eventos con botones o enlaces del chatbot

Estos tipos de datos van desde el contenido de los mensajes directos con el chatbot, hasta la información básica del usuario. Más información en Política de Privacidad de Telegram.

Actions on Google

Actions on Google recoge datos de dos formas, datos referidos al uso del servicio proporcionado y otra en base a características adicionales para mejorar el servicio.

En el primero se incluyen los siguientes datos que almacena AoG, ubicación amplia (no específica) obtenidos por la IP, informe de errores o actividad, información sobre el dispositivo, tales como el tipo, pantalla táctil, acelerómetro y giroscopio.

En el segundo se incluye información del usuario como su nombre, fecha de nacimiento, dirección o cualquier otra que el usuario proporcione.

La diferencia entre ambas categorías es que la primera es necesaria para el uso del chatbot en Actions on Google, y la segunda sólo será almacenada con el previo consentimiento del usuario. Más información en Política de Privacidad de Google.

 

Base jurídica: Reglamento general de protección de datos de la UE (GDPR)

El procesamiento de tus datos se basa en tu consentimiento y te proporcionaremos los controles que se describen para que puedas ejercitar tu derecho a solicitar el acceso a tus datos, actualizarlos y eliminarlos. También tienes derecho a oponerte al tratamiento de tu información.

La aplicación es un proyecto de investigación sobre asistentes inteligentes y su servicio los ciudadanos por parte de la Administración Pública, por lo que la información que genera se ofrece sin garantías, por lo que el usuario rechaza cualquier reclamación legal por imprecisión en la información generada o por el malfuncionamiento de la misma.

Data Collection – What information do we collect?

We collect information to provide the best services to all our users. The application does not collect any personal data. Conversations with the bot can be analyzed with the sole objective of improving bot training. All conversations will be stored in a database.

The data is linked to your person through a random identification number generated when entering the website where one of these chatbots is located. Data will only be stored once you give us your consent to interact with the chatbot and have a conversation.

 

Where do we store this information?

We have servers provided by Google which can be found outside your country of residence. Data protection regulations vary by country, so some offer more protection than others. Regardless of where the information is, we implement the same protection measures described in this document. When we receive formal written claims, we contact the person who made the claim to resolve any data transfer that we have not been able to resolve. Every day we work to maintain greater and better security on these servers and avoid possible problems.

 

What do we use this information for?

Provide our services

We use your information to provide our services, that is, we process conversations to improve chatbot learning and provide better responses.

Service maintenance

We also use your information to ensure that our services work correctly, for example to verify that our service is accessible by all and solve the problems you inform us about.

Customized services

The information we collect helps us provide personalized services, for example when a chatbot saves your comment, a link is created between you and the service to offer more personal responses.

Share your information

Aplicaciones Tecnológicas Juma, SL.. Neither the assistant Fuengirola Tourism does not sell, exchange or transfer personal data to third parties. We only present service and performance information to the Fuengirola City Council, promoter of the assistant.

Integrations with external platforms

Currently or in the future we can have integrated chatbots with different tools. Next, we will break down the definition is the treatment of your data with each of them.

Facebook

Those chatbots integrated with Facebook request permissions for use with the Facebook user account and collect information, including personal information.

By default, the requested permissions are those that include basic user information: id, name, profile picture, gender and location. More user information will be available if it is public.

Slack

In the Slack Privacy Policy, applications that connect to the Slack API cannot collect, specify or use data without the user’s prior consent. The data collected from the interaction with the chatbots are the following: the identification of that user, the channel through which he speaks with the chatbot (either by private or in a group) and the direct messages that both keep.

Telegram

The data that interactions with chatbots can obtain are the following:

  • Sending messages to the chatbot
  • Participating in a group with a chatbot
  • Events with chatbot buttons or links

These types of data range from the content of direct messages with the chatbot, to basic user information. More information in Telegram’s Privacy Policy.

Actions on Google

Google Actions collects data in two ways, data referring to the use of the service provided and another based on additional features to improve the service.

The first one includes the following data stored by AoG, wide location (not specific) specific by IP, error or activity report, information about the device, stories such as type, touch screen, accelerometer and gyroscope.

The second includes user information such as his name, date of birth, address or any other that the user provides.

The difference between the two categories is the first one is necessary for the use of chatbot in Google Actions, and the second will only be stored with the user’s prior consent. More information in Google Privacy Policy.

The processing of your data is based on your consent and we will provide you with the controls described so that you can exercise your right to request access to your data, update and delete it. You also have the right to object to the processing of your information.

The application is a research project on intelligent assistants and their service to citizens by the Public Administration, so the information generated is offered without guarantees, so the user rejects any legal claim for inaccuracy in the information generated or for the malfunction of it.
