The virtual assistant (or Chatbot) Fuengirola Tourism has been developed by Aplicaciones Tecnológicas JUMA S.L. for the Municipality of Fuengirola in order to offer information about the del Rosario Fair.

We collect information to provide the best services to all our users. The application does not collect any personal data. Conversations with the bot can be analyzed with the sole objective of improving bot training. All conversations will be stored in a database.
The data is linked to your person through a random identification number generated when entering the website where one of these chatbots is located. Data will only be stored once you give us your consent to interact with the chatbot and have a conversation.
Where do we store this information?
We have servers provided by Google which can be found outside your country of residence. Data protection regulations vary by country, so some offer more protection than others. Regardless of where the information is, we implement the same protection measures described in this document. When we receive formal written claims, we contact the person who made the claim to resolve any data transfer that we have not been able to resolve. Every day we work to maintain greater and better security on these servers and avoid possible problems.
What do we use this information for?

We use your information to provide our services, that is, we process conversations to improve chatbot learning and provide better responses.

We also use your information to ensure that our services work correctly, for example to verify that our service is accessible by all and solve the problems you inform us about.

Share your information
Aplicaciones Tecnológicas Juma, SL.. Neither the assistant Fuengirola Tourism does not sell, exchange or transfer personal data to third parties. We only present service and performance information to the Fuengirola City Council, promoter of the assistant.

Those chatbots integrated with Facebook request permissions for use with the Facebook user account and collect information, including personal information.

By default, the requested permissions are those that include basic user information: id, name, profile picture, gender and location. More user information will be available if it is public.
Slack
In the Slack Privacy Policy, applications that connect to the Slack API cannot collect, specify or use data without the user’s prior consent. The data collected from the interaction with the chatbots are the following: the identification of that user, the channel through which he speaks with the chatbot (either by private or in a group) and the direct messages that both keep.
Telegram
The data that interactions with chatbots can obtain are the following:
- Sending messages to the chatbot
- Participating in a group with a chatbot
- Events with chatbot buttons or links
These types of data range from the content of direct messages with the chatbot, to basic user information. More information in Telegram’s Privacy Policy.
Actions on Google
Google Actions collects data in two ways, data referring to the use of the service provided and another based on additional features to improve the service.
The first one includes the following data stored by AoG, wide location (not specific) specific by IP, error or activity report, information about the device, stories such as type, touch screen, accelerometer and gyroscope.
The second includes user information such as his name, date of birth, address or any other that the user provides.
The difference between the two categories is the first one is necessary for the use of chatbot in Google Actions, and the second will only be stored with the user’s prior consent. More information in Google Privacy Policy.

The application is a research project on intelligent assistants and their service to citizens by the Public Administration, so the information generated is offered without guarantees, so the user rejects any legal claim for inaccuracy in the information generated or for the malfunction of it.
